Duckett Fishing in Retail and BMC Expo

DuckettFishingGroupPhotoDEMOPOLIS, Ala. – Duckett Fishing announced today that its new lines of fishing rods, MacroMagic and White Ice, are now in full production and available in retail stores as well as online. The rods will also be on display this week at the Bassmaster Classic Expo in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

“We’ve had tremendous interest in these two rod lines, and we’re pleased to be able to announce that we’re in full production,” said Duckett Fishing owner and Chief Executive Officer Boyd Duckett.

“We’re also happy to announce that these rods will be on display at the Bassmaster Classic Expo in booth 939. The Expo is one of the top exhibitions in our sport, and we hope that anglers visiting Tulsa this week will check out not only our booth but all of the other great products that will be display.”

Duckett Fishing, in 2010, was the first company to offer “mass produced” rods that utilize microguide technology.

MacroMagic is a slight deviation from Duckett Fishing’s other rods. MacrMagic offers same blank as the Duckett Fishing’s microguide technology lines but is designed with conventional-sized guides.

The White Ice line of rods is a signature series designed on behalf of seven of Duckett Fishing’s professional staff members: Terry Scroggins, Kelly Jordon, Timmy Horton, Byron Velvick, Jason Quinn, Jason Williamson and Pete Ponds.
