Star Brite Fishing Contest

Bucks Falcon Mercury

Fort Lauderdale, FL — Star brite Corporation, maker of Star Tron Enzyme Fuel Treatment and an extensive line of boat care and maintenance products, is pleased to announce that it has been named Presenting Sponsor of the 2013 Bassmaster Elite Series “Alabama River Charge” that will take place May 9 -12, 2013 in Montgomery, Alabama. The company is especially pleased to take part in this event because its 300,000 s.f. Kinpak manufacturing and distribution facility is located in Montgomery in the Gunter Industrial Park, home to many Fortune 500 firms. To celebrate the partnership between Star brite and B.A.S.S., the company will be holding a drawing for an all-expenses-paid Ultimate Fishing Experience at World-Famous Bienville Plantation with Pro Angler Patrick Pierce. The drawing will take place at 2PM on May 12, as part of the Alabama River Charge scheduled events. The winner and a guest will enjoy three days at Bienville Plantation, to include 2 days of fishing, as well as airfare, transfers and all meals. With thousands of acres of mineral-rich waters, Bienville produces incredible numbers of Florida trophy bass, crappie and blue-gill, making it a favorite destination for anglers from all over the world.

As if that weren’t enough, Star brite will be awarding another 3-day Ultimate Fishing Experience via the Star Tron Facebook page.

The Star Tron Alabama River Charge marks a return to the birthplace of B.A.S.S. as well as the site of two Bassmaster Classics (1981 and 1982). Its waters, part of the popular Alabama Bass Trail, are well known to those anglers who qualified for the postseason events of 2009 and 2010 or Toyota Tundra All-Star Week in 2011, but they’ll be unfamiliar for much of the field, adding to the excitement and challenge. Unlike the earlier events which were held in late summer, the 2013 event takes place when fishing is typically better – late spring. Another big change is that anglers will be permitted to go through Robert F. Henry Lock and Dam to fish the Alabama River downstream.
