Brian Latimer, from Belton, S.C. is a rookie on the FLW Tour in 2016.  His first season on tour resulted in a very respectable 47th place finish in the FLW Tour AOY standings.  This South Carolina pro is going to be spending much of his off season producing videos designed to help anglers make the most of their fishing opportunities.
