Natchitoches, LA July 24, 2013 – V&M Baits announced the release of its new Pacemaker Series line of jigs! Designed and crafted by the 2013 Bassmaster Classic Champion himself,  the “Adrenaline Flippin’ Jig”, “Pulse Swim Jig” and “Flatline Football Jig” offer more attention to detail in both appearance and functionality than any other jig on the market. Years in the making , simply put these are Cliff Pace’s “DREAM JIGS”!

The “Adrenaline Flippin’ Jig” is the first in the series of three and is available in 3/8,  1/2, 5/8 & 3/4oz. The concave posterior head design allows the jig to stand upright in the natural defensive position of a crawfish. It also exposes the rattle to promote more contact with cover. Fine detailed groves in the head also simulate the water displacement of the tail section of a crawfish thus making the bait even more appealing.

Second in this grand slam lineup is the “Pulse Swim Jig”. Available in 1/4, 3/8 & 1/2oz, its horizontal line tie and head design set it apart from the competition. The V-shape posterior of its head promote body roll in the jig when it comes in contact with heavy cover. This allows the hook to roll away from the object to prevent hang ups but still provide stable hook sets to ensure the fish is hooked in the top lip. Also the Pulse Swim Jig’s lifelike eyes are recessed to prevent them from being easily displaced when the jig comes in contact with cover.

Finally we come to the “Flatline Football Jig”. Available in 1/2, 5/8 & 3/4oz, this jig is designed to live up to its name. It is designed to be drug maintaining constant contact with the bottom with its wider flat platform creating more stability. Custom designed triangular groves in the bottom direct sediment outward to create a wider dust cloud increasing your strike zone.

All three come in 12 colors composed of high quality silicone skirts with heads custom painted to match. They are built with custom one of a kind 5/0 heavy wire hook with a 30 degree recessed horizontal line tie which allows them to come through cover and provide more leverage and bite.
