Ever since Kevin VanDam won a Bassmaster Elite Series event on the Kissimmee Chain in Florida in 2008 on a Red Eyed Shad lipless crankbait, then followed it up with a 2010 Bassmaster Classic win at Lay Lake in Alabama, the bass world has known how good a Red Eyed Shad is.
