Hyrdowave Renews with College Bass

San Antonio, Texas -The Association of Collegiate Anglers has announced that HydroWave will continue support of the 2013 Cabela’s Collegiate Bass Fishing Series. As a series sponsor, HydroWave will enjoy extensive promotion with collegiate anglers throughout the nation, and students will have the opportunity to win this cutting-edge technology throughout the season.

The HydroWave™ is a patented electronic sound device that emits the natural sounds of bait fish and predatory fish feeding on them. Together the sounds produce an instinctive response in nearby predatory fish such as largemouth bass that can hear the sounds and feel the vibrations of the sound waves in the water. By doing so, the fish are drawn in the direction of the device eager to strike any bait it finds. When used on a boat, this device is intended to give fishermen a considerable advantage in catching a greater number of “keeper” fish.

Gene Eisenmann, Managing Partner of HydroWave, is quoted as saying, “Since the inception of our company, we have been involved with collegiate bass fishing. Everyone at HydroWave has a passion for developing the next generation of fishermen, and the collegiate level is the undisputed platform.” Eisenmann went on to add, “We haven’t found this level of quality in outdoor entertainment or events anywhere but the Cabela’s Collegiate Bass Fishing Series and we are proud to say that HydroWave is involved with collegiate fishing.”

HydroWave will be awarding prize units to students at each of the nationally televised ACA events, including the Cabela’s Collegiate Big Bass Bash, the Collegiate Bass Fishing Open, and the BoatUS Collegiate Bass Fishing Championship. HydroWave prostaff will also be participating in activities at these events to help educate students on the benefits, as well as the operation, of HydroWave units.

Danny Blandford, Program Director for the ACA, added, “We’re happy to have the continued support of HydroWave. Students are interested in all the cutting-edge technology in fishing, and HydroWave has proven to be pioneers in their field. Our anglers will be excited to learn more from their team, not to mention eager to get their hands on anything that could help them beat a rival college. We look forward to having HydroWave onsite at the events and to continue growing our businesses together.”
